Site Group International, owner and operator of Site Education Australia Pty Ltd (Site Education), was established in 2001 as a result of the Australian Service and Trade Industries requiring a source of industry ready, highly skilled staff with knowledge of current trends, skills, products and services. Site Education is a Registered Training Organisation (40079) and a registered CRICOS provider (03101D).
Site Education management team set about forming a training and employment organisation that was able to respond to changes in industry as they occurred.
All training and development is carried out in 'state of the art' operational facilities. Students would participate in and act out theories and skills in 'real' environments where not only Site Education but operations management and customers drive the level of presentation, product and service delivery.
The primary directive in recruitment at Site Education is to employ dynamicindustry leaders. In order to deliver this contemporary training, Site Education draws staff directly from industry. Not only does this ensure a close relationship with industry and assistance to students beyond the classroom, but it also provides inspiration to the students who see the recent achievements and experiences of their Lecturers.
Recognition that the Site Education acts as a bridge between Secondary Education and Employment has brought about a process of dialogue with Schools and Industry to develop a range of qualifications from Certificate I throughto Advanced Diploma level designed to engage and prepare students in readiness for the needs of employers and pathways to higher education.
Above all, Site Education has adopted a culture that recognises that continuous improvement is a daily exercise. The needs of schools, industry and legislative compliances are changing and evolving therefore we constantly research, plan and implement ideas and strategies to meet these changing demands. At the same time we are aware of the need to review our own organisation's performance, from courseware, delivery methods, and work experience structures to how we spread our message.
Site Academy delivers nationally recognised qualifications and non-accredited courses in the Tourism, Hospitality and Event industry fields at training facilities located at Hindmarsh Stadium and Sfera's Park Suites and Convention Centre.
Site Consult provides complete solutions to employers in the Tourism, Hospitality and Event industries from Australian Apprenticeships, Recognition ofPrior Learning and Skill gap training and assessment.
Site E-Training provides flexible price competitive training solutions for those seeking up to date skills and knowledge within their chosen area of interest in the hospitality, tourism and events industries.
